雖然這天氣真的是熱到不行
但還是堅持喝溫水
被自己給感動到
不管多熱 能不喝冷飲就不喝
因為溫水對身體好😚
這讓我想到
之前跟英國友人聊天時
跟他說我在喝熱水
他一臉看到鬼的樣子
還罵我很噁心🤮
真是太過份了
然後我就不理他一個月

我才沒那麼小心眼
It is not even summer yet, the weather is boiling hot! Like being in an oven. Even though it‘s high scorching weather, I still insist drinking warm water which is good for health. I know it’s hard not to drink iced beverages in such a hot day. Speaking of warm water, that reminds me of one of my friends. One day I told him that I was drinking warm water, he was like looking at 👻 and said “oh yuck ! That’s disgusting.“ Then I ignored him for a month. Hahaha I am kidding.
